Join a fast-growing Microsoft ISV transforming the legal sector with AI and Power Platform. We’re an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) on a mission to modernise legal operations. By building intelligent, AI-driven solutions on Microsoft’s Power Platform, we’re helping legal teams move away from outdated, manual processes toward streamlined, digital-first workflows. As a Microsoft partner, we’re at the forefront of innovation, harnessing Copilot, low-code/no-code tooling, and pro-code extensibility to deliver high-impact legal tech.

We’re now looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer with strong pro-code capabilities to join our remote-first team. If you’re excited about solving real-world problems, pushing the boundaries of Microsoft’s platform, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment—this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design, develop, and maintain Model-Driven and Canvas apps using Dataverse.
  • Build scalable, performant Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Fx.
  • Integrate with third-party APIs across Microsoft and AWS tech stacks.
  • Configure and customise Dynamics 365 entities, workflows, and business logic.
  • Create smart, AI-assisted legal workflows using Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI capabilities.
  • Work closely with Product and UX teams to build intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
  • Contribute to solution architecture and influence product direction.
  • Apply DevOps and ALM best practices to ensure quality, maintainability, and scalability.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience.
  • Expertise with Dataverse, Model-Driven/Canvas apps, and Power Automate.
  • Strong coding skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and Power Fx.
  • Experience with custom connectors and integrating external services/APIs.
  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 data and security models.
  • Familiarity with Azure and/or AWS integrations.
  • Comfortable with ALM, DevOps, and working in agile product teams.
  • Exposure to Copilot and Copilot Studio (or a willingness to ramp up quickly).
