Located on the city's historic quayside and with views of the River Tyne, it is the ideal base for exploring everything that Newcastle has to offer.

Salary package: £15516.86 plus service charge, hotel discounts, health cash back plan, meals on duty, pension scheme, loyalty rewards and referral bonuses, many more.

Part-time Receptionist (24 hours/week)

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure that all guests are welcomed and checked-in into the hotel in a warm, genuine & professional manner.
  • Be fully conversant with check-out procedures in an informative & helpful manner.
  • Project a helpful and enthusiastic attitude while offering choices, anticipating & identifying guest expectations.
  • Be aware of the current hotel availability and propose up-sell and cross-sell whenever possible.
  • Present all accounts to company and agency bills with compliant back-up.
  • Provide guests with the corresponding invoice related to payment taken.
  • Observe all security, health and safety regulations.
  • Act in an appropriate manner during emergency situations in accordance with hotel emergency procedures.
  • File all new arrivals registration cards after they have been completed by the guest.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in a related activity.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of the Opera system.
  • The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
