What you’ll be doing:
- Accurately process and code invoices, ensuring timely payments
- Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate ledgers
- Ensure VAT compliance and correct GL coding
- Support payment runs and manual payments
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries
- Assist with onboarding new suppliers and improving processes
What you’ll bring:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
- Knowledge of P&L accounts and basic VAT understanding (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
