We are currently recruiting for an In Room Dining Head Waiter/Waitress for our 5 Star Luxury Hotel The Londoner. As In-Room Dining Head Waiter/Waitress you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional In-room dining experience for our guests by delivering food and beverages to guest rooms quickly and efficiently. You will ensure guest satisfaction in the room before leaving and will share any feedback received with the In Room Dining Management team. You will support with the smooth running of the In Room Dining operation.
About You:
- Previous experience of working in a high-end food operation ideally with In Room Dining experience at Head Waiter/ess level.
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
- Able to work well within a team.
