We are seeking an experienced Commercial and Data Privacy (DP) Contractor to support a high-profile automotive client on a short-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with European data privacy regulations, alongside a solid commercial legal background. This is a remote opportunity, offering flexibility while contributing to critical compliance and contractual initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support on European data privacy laws, including GDPR.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure legal and compliance alignment.
- Support data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and other privacy-related documentation.
- Assist with the development and implementation of data protection policies and procedures.
