We are looking for a Group Marketing and Content Manager for an entrepreneurial, ambitious visitor attractions operator who operate museums, arts, cultural and entertainment venues throughout Hampshire. Reporting into the Commercial Director, this newly created role will be responsible for raising the profile and reach of the brand through content creation whilst leading the marketing team to drive footfall and revenue into their venues.
70% of the role will be content and brand development and 30% team leadership so this is a hands-on post.

- Experience in coaching and developing small marketing teams.
- Experience in content strategy and brand marketing.
- Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Track record of driving digital engagement and organic search growth through content marketing.
- Experience of effective use of content management systems and digital communications platforms including multiple social media channels.
- Experience in digital marketing, PPC, SEO and tools.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and editorial skills.
- Internal and external stakeholder management experience.
- Ideally some knowledge of ticketing platforms and audience development strategies.
- Your own vehicle and able to work in Winchester up to three days per week.
