We are partnering with an established, well-regarded, multi-service law firm based in Greater Manchester in the recruitment of a Conveyancing Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving firm and play a significant part in shaping its Conveyancing offering with efficiency and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in streamlining processes, implementing best practices, and contributing to the overall strategic goals of the firm, working alongside a talented team of legal professionals. The Conveyancing Manager will be responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Conveyancing team, working alongside the firm's Partners and Business Managers. As well as having your own caseload, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and take a lead on client care and technical assistance.

You should have a strong analytical mindset coupled with excellent organisational skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive operational excellence. This position is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in the success of the Conveyancing team through innovative practices and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of operations within Conveyancing and a passion for fostering an environment that promotes growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the Conveyancing Team
  • Managing own caseload
  • Workflow management

  • Attend management meetings

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise legal operations and processes

Requirements:
  • An experienced technical Conveyancer
  • Able to manage own caseload while managing a team
  • Team management skills to build effective relationships with the team
  • Commercially aware with business acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in case management systems and technology use to optimum efficiency

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to take a lead within a successful Conveyancing team, working at an established multi-service practice with an excellent long-serving reputation.
