We are partnering with an established, well-regarded, multi-service law firm based in Greater Manchester in the recruitment of a Conveyancing Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving firm and play a significant part in shaping its Conveyancing offering with efficiency and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in streamlining processes, implementing best practices, and contributing to the overall strategic goals of the firm, working alongside a talented team of legal professionals. The Conveyancing Manager will be responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Conveyancing team, working alongside the firm's Partners and Business Managers. As well as having your own caseload, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and take a lead on client care and technical assistance.
You should have a strong analytical mindset coupled with excellent organisational skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive operational excellence. This position is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in the success of the Conveyancing team through innovative practices and strategic initiatives.
