I have a wonderful opportunity for an Events Sous Chef in a very busy Events space in South West London. With a strong emphasis on Quality Dining done to Volume, I'm keen to chat with experienced Sous Chefs who can lead their teams while working closely with the Exec and Head.

You will require a strong emphasis on food quality and ideally a strong background in Events, Hotel or specialised.
