A leading global manufacturer is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their high performing HR team based at their modern facility in Telford. Working as part of a well structured HR function, you will take ownership of a defined business area, acting as a true HR partner across all areas of the employee lifecycle. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you’ll play a critical role in supporting line managers, advising on ER matters, driving engagement initiatives, and supporting business growth through strategic HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance, absence, and disciplinary matters
- Support the 360 recruitment and onboarding process
- Advise on employee engagement, development, and retention strategies
- Lead or support HR projects including policy development and training initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure GDPR compliance
- Generate and analyse key HR data and KPIs
- Act as deputy to the HR Manager when required
What we’re looking for:
- Proven HR experience at Advisor level, ideally in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment
- CIPD Level 5 (minimum)
- Strong ER knowledge with the ability to confidently guide managers
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative team player who can thrive under pressure
