About the Company: We’re working with a forward-thinking housing provider to appoint a Procurement Manager who will play a pivotal role in delivering their procurement strategy and driving value across essential services that support communities.

About the Role: This role will see you lead and support the delivery of procurement projects aligned with the organisation's corporate objectives. It’s a high-impact role that combines strategic thinking, compliance knowledge, and stakeholder engagement to ensure goods, works and services are procured in a commercially effective, values-led way.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a responsive, high-quality procurement service with a commercial and customer focus
  • Ensure full compliance with Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023
  • Support contract management, supplier appraisals, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Maintain accurate procurement data and contribute to timely reporting

Qualifications: Proven experience in procurement within a regulated sector (preferably housing or public sector)
