We are currently seeking a passionate Cover Supervisor to join a thriving secondary school in Ripley. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate students in a supportive and dynamic environment.
We are looking for a motivated Cover Supervisor to deliver high-quality education to students at KS3 and KS4 levels. In this Temp role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of your students, while also contributing to the wider school community.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a variety of subject lessons provided by the school.
- Monitor and support students through the lesson to help them achieve their full potential.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
- Engage with colleagues to support student success and wellbeing.
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Experience: Experience with teaching or tutoring at a secondary level, with a good understanding of the KS3 and 4 curriculum.
- Training: Completed a Certificate relating to Behaviour Management. Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
All applicants must undergo an enhanced DBS check (Child Workforce) prior to working if not already in possession of one that is registered to the update service.
