We’re seeking a highly experienced Platform Manager (HOI) to drive the technical delivery of core infrastructure, cloud architecture, and security for a new banking entity. This is a pivotal role requiring deep expertise in Azure, cross-functional team leadership, and a sharp focus on security, scalability, and regulatory readiness.
The Role:
- Lead a virtual, cross-functional team covering Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, Networking, and Cybersecurity.
- Define and deliver a secure, high-performance, and scalable infrastructure aligned to enterprise architecture standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure infrastructure readiness for banking operations.
- Ensure security policies, disaster recovery, and compliance controls are implemented and tested.
- Identify and close skills gaps within the delivery team to meet project milestones.
Key Skills
- Proven track record in leading complex infrastructure builds, ideally in regulated environments.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure (especially IaaS, networking, and cloud security).
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, Ansible).
- Familiarity with financial services or banking infrastructure requirements is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills — able to move from deep tech to business summary effortlessly.
- Experience designing and implementing disaster recovery and penetration testing strategies.
