Are you an expert in all things Payroll? Have you delivered end to end payroll processes for a large, multi-national organisation? My client, a recognisable name and well-respected organisation in Cambridge, are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join them.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • End to end payroll process via an outsourced provider for international offices
  • Delivery of payroll and accounting month end procedures
  • Completion of statutory returns and statutory reporting information
  • Dealing with payroll queries in an efficient and professional manner
  • Working with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth set up of payrolls on the global payroll system
  • Liaising with payroll providers, revenue authorities and other third parties as necessary
  • Working closely with HR and Finance

Recent experience of working on global payrolls is essential. Naturally, you will possess excellent system skills and be very quick to pick up new systems and processes. Your knowledge of Payroll related legislation/tax will be up to date and you will continue to maintain an up to date working knowledge in order to confidently advise colleagues of any changes and the impact they may have.

Obviously, your communication skills will be exceptional and should you speak any other languages, particularly those within Europe, the Middle East and Africa, it would be advantageous.
