Churchill Integrated Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager/Supervisor to join our growing team. We deliver a wide range of construction, electrical, and specialist adaptation services across the UK, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
The Site Manager/Supervisor will oversee and manage day-to-day site operations across various projects, ensuring that all works are completed on time and within budget. We focus on quality to build on our reputation and therefore expect our Site Managers to have a keen eye for detail and ensure works are carried out to a professional standard.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations across various projects
- Coordinate trades, materials, and equipment
- Ensure all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Maintain site health and safety in compliance with company and legal standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and head office
- Produce daily/weekly progress reports as required
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor in construction or a similar industry
- SMSTS (beneficial)
- Trade qualification (beneficial)
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel nationally and stay away from home when required
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
