As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating work across different wharves, phases, and solution streams, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder engagement, and successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project delivery across multiple LIMS workstreams (wharves), from planning through execution and scale-up.
- Define and maintain realistic project plans, timelines, and KPIs aligned with the initiative goals.
- Coordinate across technical (Dev, UX, Validation), functional (Lab Analysts, Product Owners), and business stakeholders.
- Lead agile ceremonies and delivery routines (standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, etc.).
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies across solution streams.
- Report progress to initiative leaders and BU sponsors; adapt plans as needed.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, validation processes (e.g., Part 11, ISO 17025, ISO 27001), and Element’s compliance framework.
- Align deliverables to business priorities and ensure high adoption rates in target labs.
- Support onboarding, training, and change management initiatives in close partnership with the business units.
- Occasional travel to European labs.

Essential:
- Several years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or equivalent, ideally with exposure to LIMS or regulated lab environments.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-phase programs or digital transformation projects.
- Solid grasp of SDLC, agile methodologies, and project governance.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendor partners, and remote stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, budget control and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; able to clearly articulate risks, timelines, and deliverables.
Nice to have:
- Experience in lab environments (QA, QC, R&D, testing) or the TIC industry.
- Familiarity with system validation (CSV), CFR 21 Part 11 compliance, or similar frameworks.
- Technical understanding of LIMS platforms, system integrations, and client portal tools.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA, Smartsheet, or MS Project).
