ROLE:

  • As a Junior Project Finance Lawyer, you will:
  • Advise on major infrastructure and energy project financings.
  • Support on transactions across renewables, oil and gas, social housing and utilities.
  • Work with lenders, sponsors, investors and developers.
  • Be involved in cross-border matters and international deals.
  • Draft and negotiate a broad range of finance documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s extensive UK and international network.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • We’re looking for someone who:
  • Is 0-2 years qualified in Scotland or England & Wales.
  • Has a strong interest in finance and infrastructure work.
