This leading financial services organisation is undergoing a significant transformation and is looking for an experienced People Workstream Lead to support them. Working with the Programme Director and HR leadership team, you will lead delivery of all elements of the People workstream for this complex programme.
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience leading the People workstream of transformation programmes in international organisations.
- Background in financial services or insurance is essential.
- Experience supporting outsourcing, shared services or GBS programmes is also essential.
