We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Resident Services Associate to be the first point of contact for residents at our Cardiff BTR development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment, is passionate about delivering a high standard of support and is able to prioritise their workload in a busy ever-changing day.
The role:
- Coordinating move ins and move outs
- Triaging maintenance
- Hosting and helping run community events
- Supporting the lettings team with administrative processes and new tenant onboarding
- Updating internal systems to keep the team informed
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service roles; property, hospitality, or similar sectors.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good IT literacy with an ability to learn internal systems quickly.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays
