We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Resident Services Associate to be the first point of contact for residents at our Cardiff BTR development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment, is passionate about delivering a high standard of support and is able to prioritise their workload in a busy ever-changing day.

The role:

  • Coordinating move ins and move outs
  • Triaging maintenance
  • Hosting and helping run community events
  • Supporting the lettings team with administrative processes and new tenant onboarding
  • Updating internal systems to keep the team informed

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service roles; property, hospitality, or similar sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good IT literacy with an ability to learn internal systems quickly.
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays
