We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Management Accountant to play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making within our business. As Management Accountant, you will report directly to the Financial Controller and Finance Director and collaborate closely with operational teams. You will be responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis, accurate reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis
- Provide financial insights to operational teams to support performance improvements
- Support with year-end processes and audits
- Continuously improve financial systems and processes
Qualifications:
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or QBE)
