A leading Quantitative Trading firm requires an IAM Engineer to focus on identity governance and administration (IGA). Working closely with senior security stakeholders, you will be responsible for designing and implementing systems and technologies in support of IGA.
Background/current experience
- Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related subject
- Extensive hands-on experience with IAM/IGA technologies (SailPoint, Saviynt)
- Identity Lifecycle Management
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Strong understanding of RBAC, authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OIDC), and directory services
- Automation/IaC mindset
- Financial markets and/or the financial technology sector experience
Requirements
- Identity Lifecycle Management
- Design and maintain automated processes for user provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning.
- Ensure alignment between identity lifecycle policies and organizational goals.
- Integrate IGA solutions with HR systems, directories, and applications.
- Define and implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and attribute-based access controls (ABAC).
- Support remediation and maintenance of Active Directory (AD) groups to align with governance policies.
- Manage periodic access certifications and reviews across systems and applications.
- Configure, maintain, and enhance IGA tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt).
- Monitor platform performance and address system issues proactively.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimize IGA capabilities.
- Ensure IGA processes comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Prepare evidence and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Work with compliance teams to address audit findings and remediation plans.
- Support risk assessments related to identity and access governance.
- Contribute to policies and standards related to identity management.
