As an Associate or Vice President in our Rates Sales team, you will proactively manage and support key accounts, executing all fixed income products for our diverse client base. Our team works with UK Bank Treasuries, SSAs, Pension Funds, and Insurance clients. Your primary focus will be structured UK sales over a combination of Banks, Pension Funds, and Insurance clients.

Job responsibilities:

  • Work with our trading partners
  • Syndicate and research to provide comprehensive client coverage, including market updates
  • Assist with client trade execution and provide market intelligence
  • Conduct trade execution, including pitching trade ideas, new issue order taking, and general sales activities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in fixed income sales for Bank Treasuries or on the client-side in a PM role
  • Eagerness and motivation to perform and take responsibility
  • Proactive character and motivation to become a market leader
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
  • Strong understanding of products and client base
  • Logical thinker with strong qualitative skills
  • Team player, detail-oriented, disciplined
  • Effective communication skills for internal and client interactions
