Insight Employment are recruiting for a talented retail 3.5 tonne driver to join a well-known charity UK’s trading team. This is to start immediately at their Craigavon branch. You’ll be acting as an ambassador for the charity, increasing the profitability of the shops and superstores through the distribution of donated and new stock. In a lively, vibrant working environment, you’ll discover something new every day, whether it’s a new high street, a new community network or a talent you knew you had.
The role:
- As a Driver you will be mainly collecting any furniture donations from local houses or businesses and delivering any sales of furniture as required.
- When there is no driving work you will be required to assist in the shop.
What we are looking for:
- Considerable driving experience with the ability to drive safely and confidently, often in unfamiliar areas.
- Manual handling experience with the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Comfort in completing paperwork correctly and manning your own workload in a busy environment.
- A Full driving licence and good driving record.
- The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
Requirements:
- Must have a UK driving licence.
- Minimum of 2 years multi-drop experience.
- Clean driving licence is preferred, no more than 6 points (no DR’s or IN’s).
- Must be physically fit.
- Excellent geographical knowledge.
Shift & Hours:
- Mon - Fri 08:00am - 17:00pm
Rate:
- £12.50 per hour
