We are recruiting for a Maintenance and Service Coordinator on behalf of a leading UK-based business with a strong reputation for operational excellence and client satisfaction. What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring service operations run smoothly, coordinating maintenance jobs, optimising engineer schedules, and keeping customers informed every step of the way. Your attention to detail and problem-solving mindset will help deliver outstanding service and meet critical KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log and distribute reactive maintenance calls in line with SLAs/KPIs
- Communicate with engineers and customers to ensure real-time updates
- Schedule maintenance visits and optimise engineer deployment
- Ensure service calls are accurately recorded and resolved efficiently
- Monitor engineer performance and system usage
- Maintain clear, professional communication across teams and with clients
- Produce reports and documentation in support of ongoing service delivery
