Our client is a well-established and reputable Residential Developer, operating throughout the Northwest area, delivering quality modern houses and communities. We are looking to onboard a Senior Layout Designer with hands on capabilities as well as the ability to manage and mentor a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of residential site layouts from concept through to planning submission.
  • Collaborate with land, planning, architectural, and engineering teams to ensure layouts are practical, commercially viable, and aligned with regulatory and design standards.
  • Produce high-quality masterplans, detailed layouts, and design statements for planning applications.
  • Apply creative and analytical thinking to balance aesthetics, density, engineering constraints, and community living.
  • Oversee and support the work of junior layout designers, providing mentorship, quality control, and technical guidance.
  • Liaise with external consultants and local authorities throughout the planning process.
  • Continuously contribute to the improvement of design standards, design guides, and internal workflows.
