An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Project Manager to join a dynamic and expanding UK-wide construction consultancy based in London. This position is perfect for an ambitious and experienced professional ready to step into a senior, project delivery-focused role within the residential sector. The Associate Project Manager will be a key figure in managing the successful delivery of multiple high-value developments.

The successful Associate Project Manager will work closely with the senior leadership team, acting as second-in-command across three significant Student Accommodation schemes, valued at £20m, £50m, and £80m respectively. This is a client-facing role that demands excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on achieving project success and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The Associate Project Manager will play an instrumental role in driving performance and setting standards across the consultancy's residential portfolio.

The Associate Project Manager's role

The Associate Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of major residential developments, ensuring high standards are met across programme, cost, and quality. You will lead internal teams, liaise directly with clients, and take ownership of the consultancy's role in managing timelines, contractors, and reporting.

Previous experience in a similar role within a UK consultancy environment

  • Chartered or working towards (RICS, APM, CIOB - desirable)

  • Comfortable in a client-facing role
