About the role
Our success as a Marketing team relies on a well-established, effective and efficient team to support businesses within our network, from planning through to campaign delivery and measuring ongoing performance.
In this role, you’ll deliver our outstanding marketing proposition to our network of firms, representing our brand as a partnership built on high quality, support and service to our valued partners. You’ll build deep relationships and ensure clear, consistent communication of marketing activity so our businesses continue to grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the growth and success of our businesses.
- Coordinate marketing activity plans and communications to our network of businesses.
- Manage marketing queries virtually and face to face with colleagues and suppliers to deliver high quality support.
- Own the relationship with our print partner, ensuring orders from the network meet expectations and are completed in a timely manner.
- Schedule social media updates, making changes to the website, managing customer reviews, setting up and managing Google My Business listings.
- Be responsible for the marketing onboarding of new firms, introducers and advisers to our network, ensuring their first experience of MAB is a great one.
- Support your Network Marketing colleagues to launch new services to the network.
About You
Full training will be provided to ensure you can quickly get up to speed, but to be successful in this role you need to demonstrate:

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
- Strong organisational skills, with a great eye for detail.
- A proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous administration, marketing or business management experience is desirable.
