Location: Fleet (Hybrid 2 days onsite per week)

Daily Rate: £330 per day (Inside IR35)

Our client is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects to agreed plans, budgets, quality, and governance standards
  • Develop and maintain detailed project and resource plans in line with standard methodologies
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery lifecycle for project teams
  • Manage project estimation, planning, staffing, and execution
  • Track and mitigate risks, manage the critical path, and handle project escalations
  • Partner closely with Product and Business Owners to align project outcomes with business priorities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across platforms
  • Monitor and manage budgets and provide regular financial reporting

Essential Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Strong understanding of delivery frameworks and project governance

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Background in banking and financial services
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Agile Central
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience managing distributed teams
