An exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor or barrister to join the legal team of a forward-thinking university. This role involves delivering high-quality, commercially focused legal advice across a wide range of matters including contracts, intellectual property, regulatory issues, and dispute resolution.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements, including commercial, collaboration, and research contracts.
  • Provide clear, pragmatic advice on contractual, commercial, and regulatory matters.
  • Advise on governance issues and liaise with external legal advisers where necessary.
  • Assist with litigation matters, student and supplier disputes.
  • Contribute to legal risk management and policy development.

Proven experience in commercial law and contract negotiation.
