- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements, including commercial, collaboration, and research contracts.
- Provide clear, pragmatic advice on contractual, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Advise on governance issues and liaise with external legal advisers where necessary.
- Assist with litigation matters, student and supplier disputes.
- Contribute to legal risk management and policy development.
