We are working with a very exciting social enterprise business who are on the lookout for a Digital Creative and Technology Specialist to join their ever-expanding team, to support business owners in a specific sector, providing expert advice on organisational development and promoting good employment practices. The role requires strong sector knowledge, including insight into business challenges, skills needs, and growth opportunities. The position is part of a wider business support team that has been helping thousands of companies since 2011, ranging from start-ups to established firms, by offering tailored guidance, fostering innovation, and connecting businesses with funding and expertise across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective relations with business owners/leaders and key contacts.
- Promote the work of the Workforce Development team.
- Identify and support businesses in addressing workforce development challenges.
- Collaborate with diverse training providers to offer training solutions.
- Handle client enquiries and assess growth potential, workforce and business needs.
About You
- Expertise in facilitating, coaching and organisational change management.
