As a Senior Medical Writer, you’ll contribute to a variety of projects across therapy areas, translating complex science into clear, engaging content. With a solid scientific foundation and strong writing skills, you’ll produce client-ready materials, support scientific communications, and begin to take ownership of client interactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Writing
- Develop clear, scientifically accurate content across formats—slide decks, video scripts, web copy, publications, summaries, and more.
- Ensure materials meet client objectives, are appropriately referenced, and align with target audiences.
- Present content updates to clients and liaise with subject matter experts to gain approvals.
- Confidently attend onsite meetings and contribute to deliverables such as advisory boards.
- Participate in internal data checking and provide basic content reviews for peers.
- Scientific Engagement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant therapy areas and products.
- Conduct thorough literature research and integrate findings into deliverables.
- Share key scientific developments with teams and clients.
- Project Support
- Join client meetings, contribute to project planning, and communicate updates clearly.
- Help identify potential issues and escalate concerns when needed.
- Follow SOPs, manage time effectively, and prioritise across accounts.

Qualifications:
- Life Science Degree.
- 2–3 years of medical writing experience in a medical communications setting.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with industry platforms (e.g., Veeva, DataVision) and regulatory codes (e.g., ABPI).
