Role Overview: As our Event Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing floral events from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with our clients and floral design team to ensure each event is seamless, beautifully styled, and executed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of floral event production, including venue access, delivery, setup, and breakdown.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with the floristry team to plan floral installations, arrangements, and on-site styling.
- Conduct site visits and create detailed event plans and mood boards.
- Lead event day operations to ensure flawless execution.
- Handle last-minute changes or challenges with professionalism and calm.
