This architectural practice specialising in the design and delivery of medium to large scale industrial schemes (40,000 β 200,000 Sq. Ft.) is urgently seeking a Senior Technologist or Senior Technician with strong Revit skills to support logistics & warehousing projects on RIBA stages 5-6 for an initial 6-month contract with likely extensions, or possible transition to permanent.
Employing around 50 people across several UK offices, this design practice offers a relaxed but busy Revit BIM environment where the successful Senior Technologist or Senior Technician will be given full autonomy to confidently work through RIBA stages 5-6 that will include reviewing and commenting on sub-contractor drawing packages, liaising with the contractor, and undertaking site visits.
White Space is urgently seeking experienced Senior Technologists or Senior Technicians with strong βhands-onβ Revit package drawing skills, good construction knowledge, and proven experience of working on RIBA stages 5-6 on industrial buildings to understand the nuances involved. Additionally, Senior Technologists and Senior Technicians applying should also have the confidence and experience of engaging with contractors and sub-contractors onsite for the construction and handover stages.
Please note that this client is keen to interview experienced Senior Technologists or Senior Technicians as a matter of urgency and therefore notice periods of more than 2 weeks may not be accepted, although happy to discuss.
This client offers 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working from within the UK, and would expect weekly attendance at one of their UK offices at least once per week, details to be discussed.
Initial 6 Month Contract with extensions likely Β£25.00 - Β£35.00 Per Hour LTD or PAYE.
