Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission:
- Responsible for financial planning and year-end reporting of manufacturing and development costs for our Formula 1 car.
- Main point of contact for financial matters, supporting cost optimization projects.
- Weekly update of the forecast for the Formula 1 car.
- Cost analysis of bill of materials and smooth verification of bookings with procurement.
- Ensuring compliance with FIA Financial Regulations in close collaboration with the Cost-Cap team.
- Preparation of meaningful ad-hoc analyses.
- Support for make-or-buy decisions.
- Inventory management, including monitoring the inventory process, part usage, and stock from a financial perspective.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in controlling, preferably in a technical business partner role.
- Experience in product cost calculation in a manufacturing company.
- Strong analytical skills and competence in handling large datasets.
- Excellent SAP ERP knowledge (FI/CO) as well as advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (PowerBI is a plus).
- High level of responsibility, independence, and goal orientation, as well as a strong business and service orientation.
- Effective communication, solution-oriented teamwork, and a proactive approach to taking responsibility.
- Full professional proficiency in both German and English is mandatory.
