Our client requires a Murex Delivery Manager to lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team during a strategic transformation of a Murex support and delivery organisation. This individual will act as the key delivery lead across both client and Murex teams, ensuring effective management of Murex training programs, skills assessments, and workforce planning. You will also be involved in the preparation of a plan to re-shape the current team based on tickets request vs competences and then plan for the team expansion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Murex (MX.3), strong leadership capabilities, and experience in capability planning and team optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and coordinate a blended team of client personnel and Murex consultants. Serve as the central point of contact across all delivery and training streams.
- Training & Skills Assessment: Oversee the execution of Murex training plans tailored to various functional and technical roles. Manage the rollout of Murex skills assessments to benchmark team capabilities across modules (Front Office, Back Office, Risk, Integration, etc.). Analyse assessment results and identify capability gaps.
- Workforce Planning & Team Reshaping: Evaluate the current delivery team structure and skill sets in relation to operational demands (e.g., ticket volume vs. competencies). Develop and present a strategic plan to reshape the team for optimal performance and scalability. Propose and oversee internal mobility, role redefinition, and re-training initiatives.
- Expansion Strategy: Design a scalable roadmap for team expansion, including resource ramp-up, onboarding, and training. Align expansion plans with future business needs, project pipeline, and long-term Murex platform evolution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage proactively with client stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and strategic recommendations. Collaborate with HR, training leads, and Murex SMEs to ensure aligned execution.
- Reporting & Governance: Produce executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations. Ensure transparency and governance throughout the delivery and transformation program.
