CapeClarke are excited to be exclusively representing Vita Group on their search for a new Legal Counsel to join their growing in-house team.
Salary: Up to £90k basic DOE
Location: Alderley Edge
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Vita Group are a dynamic and expanding group of businesses and brands, operating across real estate development (Vita Student, Vita Living, Union, House of Social & Symphony Park), technology and sports sectors (Stockport County F.C.).
Working closely with the Group General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel, you’ll be responsible for the following:
- General commercial, real estate, or construction (dependent on candidate background) advice across various areas of the Group’s businesses.
- Corporate transactional support (acquisitions, asset sales, joint ventures etc…);
- Assisting with a wide range of other legal matters affecting the Group’s businesses and portfolio including property, planning, construction and data protection matters;
- Management of external legal teams and internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Ideally 3-8 years PQE as a solicitor but this is just a guide and we are open to considering applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant experience.
- In-house experience is desirable but not essential.
