Our client is seeking a motivated Trades & Labour Recruitment Consultant with 6+ months of 360 recruitment experience to join their Reading office. This is a warm desk opportunity, offering immediate access to an established client base supplying temporary workers across West Berkshire to Southampton.

As part of a national recruitment agency with offices in Kent, London, Reading, Bristol, and Birmingham, you'll benefit from contracts with tier 1 residential builders, major PLC main contractors, and over 1,000 active accounts giving you the platform to develop a high-performing, successful desk.

Whats on offer?

  • The best blue-collar commission structure in the UK:
  • Billings of £4k-£15k: 20%
  • Billings over £15k: 22.5%

Package

  • Basic salary: £30,000-£40,000 (DOE)

You’ll be supported by an experienced leadership team, along with dedicated resource and admin support, allowing you to focus on the growth and management of both existing and new client relationships.
