Looking to lead projects, manage a team, and shape the future of a thriving consultancy? A dynamic, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Bristol office.
Join a well-established consultancy with over 60 years of industry success and a national presence. With recent growth from 60 to 180+ professionals across six offices, this firm offers the perfect platform for an Associate Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a leadership role.
As the Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll manage and mentor a team, lead on major projects, and act as Employers Agent across a wide range of sectors - Education, Higher Education, Blue Light, Healthcare, Residential, Retail, and Local Authority. You'll be central to the team's ongoing growth, supported with personalised career plans and a strong focus on professional development.
Requirements:
- A RICS accredited degree qualification
- Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
- Employers Agent/Contract Administration experience is highly desirable
- Strong pre & post contract experience
- Previous experience managing small teams is ideal
In Return:
