My Leading Banking client are looking for a Director level professional to be responsible for IT delivery in their Credit Risk and Operational Risk functions. You'll line manage and matrix manage teams in order to deliver Risk IT in-house systems, and vendor software including its integration into the organisations' infrastructure.
This role requires an experienced Risk Technology professional who will work collaboratively with IT, Risk Management, Data Management, Front Office and other areas, and play an active leadership role within the Cross-Product Platforms Technology team.
The following skills / experience is essential:
- Very strong Delivery background
- Excellent Credit Risk IT background
- Knowledge to include EAD, LGD models, limit management, etc.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
- Excellent communication skills
Salary: Up to £165,000 + bonus + package
Level: Director
Location: London (good work from home options available)
