On behalf of our client – a forward-thinking health tech company transforming how primary care services are delivered across the UK – we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their growing commercial team. This is a unique opportunity to work across a variety of primary care offerings, including pharmacy, social care, GP practices, and acute care settings.

The Role: As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through innovative software sales strategies. You’ll work closely with internal product and marketing teams to tailor compelling propositions that meet the evolving needs of their client base.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven track record in solution-based or consultative sales, ideally within the healthcare, healthtech, or social care sector.
  • A creative and innovative approach to business development – not just selling, but solving.
  • A deep understanding of selling software products.
  • Experience or strong appreciation of selling into GPs, pharmacies, care homes, social care services, or NHS trusts.
