You’ll be confident presenting to stakeholders and comfortable working at pace. Whether your background is in agency or retail (not necessarily marketing-specific), what matters most is your ability to bring data to life through clear insights and strong communication.
What you’ll be doing:
- Defining measurement frameworks and setting campaign KPIs
- Analysing varied datasets (sales, orders, traffic, Adobe Analytics etc.)
- Delivering weekly and ad hoc reports that feed into business decision-making
- Developing detailed trading plans to maximise sales activity
- Leading on data storytelling and presenting to senior clients
- Collaborating across data, strategy, and account teams
- Managing and mentoring a junior analyst
What we’re looking for:
- Comfortable working with complex data sets (Excel essential, SQL a bonus)
- Retail or fast-paced sector experience is desired (e.g. telecoms, automotive, FMCG)
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Comfortable jumping in, spotting problems and fixing them
- Passion for understanding consumer behaviour through data
This is a chance to join a collaborative, values-driven agency where your voice matters, and your work has real impact. If you’re detail-focused, commercially savvy, and love turning numbers into action, we’d love to hear from you.
