As we prepare for an exciting expansion across key cities in the UK, we are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Commercial Director to join our senior leadership team.

The Commercial Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Hotal. This leadership position requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in managing sales teams, marketing, and finance with a strong sales background, ideally in a Head of Sales role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and a strong desire to advance to the position of Managing Director.

  • Oversee and manage the performance of senior direct reports.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive the successful launch of Hotal in key cities.
  • Utilise a hands-on approach to sales, actively participating in negotiations and closing deals.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maximise opportunities for growth and revenue.
  • Travel around the UK to our key cities.

Strong sales experience is key – ideally a background in a Head of Sales role. Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role, preferably within the hospitality sector, though backgrounds in legal, beauty, or medical fields will also be considered. Demonstrated success in managing and scaling sales teams, with a strong understanding of marketing and financial principles. Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
