  • Job title : Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Series C Fintech
  • Salary : £35,000- £45,000
  • Location : London (3 days in the Office)

We are working with one of Europe’s fasting growing Fintech businesses! They have disrupted the Fintech world in a major way since launching and are one of the major players within the online credit store spaces. Having already achieved unicorn status, they now expect to continue growing come the new year, which is where you come in.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a vital role as the business continues scaling and you will play the important role of collaborating with key stakeholders and supporting the Talent Acquisition Team with any projects and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The ‘go to’ person for candidate and hiring manager relations.
  • Ability to work with high volume recruitment in a fast face environment.
  • Ensure a seamless process from start to finish.
  • Optimise HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
  • Oversee and assist with any internal projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews at high volume.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Partner and Hiring Manager with a range of roles in the business.
  • Communicating fast and effectively.
  • Manage and maintain the ATS, ensuring candidate and hiring data is always accurate.

Essential Skills

  • At least 18 months – 2 years in a Talent Coordination/administration role.
  • Proven track record of handling high volume recruitment coordination.
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational and relationship-building skills.
  • Used to working in ambiguous start up environments of high growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (HR Software experience is a plus.)
