Our client, a forward-thinking organization undergoing a major digital transformation, is seeking a Business Training & Communication Specialist to lead the charge in empowering their teams with SAP S4 Hana and Ariba Guided Buying.

Job Summary

As the bridge between technical solutions and end users, you\’ll:

• Design and deliver engaging, user-friendly training programs for SAP S4 Hana
• Create top-notch learning materials – think manuals, presentations, and interactive e-learning modules
• Lead hands-on workshops, webinars, and seminars for users at all levels
• Craft and implement clear communication strategies to drive awareness and adoption
• Act as a go-to expert and trusted advisor, leveraging your experience as a Super User or Trainer
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify training needs and customize content accordingly
• Monitor training success and continuously improve learning outcomes

What You’ll Bring

• Solid experience developing and delivering training for SAP S4 Hana/ECC & Ariba Guided Buying
• A background as a Super User or SAP Trainer, with the ability to explain tech in plain English
• Proven ability to create learning content that sticks – from workshops to digital modules
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Project management know-how and the ability to juggle priorities
• A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement

Your Background

• Bachelor\’s degree in Business, IT, Education, or a related field
• Hands-on expertise with SAP S4 Hana/ECC and Ariba Guided Buying
• Track record of driving adoption through training and communication
• Bonus: Familiarity with other ERP systems
