I am looking an experienced eDiscovery Senior Consultant to join a London-based disclosure team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work on high-profile eDiscovery projects, providing expert support to clients and legal teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities of an eDiscovery senior consultant:
- Project Management & Delivery : Lead eDiscovery projects, ensuring alignment with litigation, regulatory, and transactional needs, providing daily support using RelativityOne .
- Data Collection & Forensics : Manage evidence collection, collaborate with clients and legal teams, and maintain chain of custody.
- Consultative Expertise : Provide strategic solutions for complex eDiscovery challenges.
- Risk Management : Define deliverables and manage risks through EDRM .
- Workflow Management : Oversee Active Learning (AL) workflows and analytics in RelativityOne.
- Quality Assurance & Training : Implement quality control and deliver team training.
- Technology Integration : Evaluate and integrate new eDiscovery technologies.
- Client Engagement : Advise on workflows, present to clients, and draft communications.
- Advanced Solutions : Design document review frameworks using AI tools like Continuous Active Learning .
