Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to develop our engineering resource aligned against a number of key contracts within Glasgow by recruiting an Air Conditioning Engineer to cover the area, providing planned and reactive maintenance on commercial AC units within largely high street banks.
Using a company PDA, you will provide Air Conditioning biased and building services engineering maintenance to a variety of client properties throughout the designated region. This will include:
- Air Conditioning bias fault finding, repairs, maintenance and irregular installation.
- Responsibility for AC and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that customer expectations are exceeded.
- Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks.
- Providing callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
- Undertaking new installations, major and minor repair works to clients’ AC systems.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on systems and plant including basic electrical fault finding.
- Undertaking contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
- Ensuring that all AC equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria.
Full A/C qualifications including F Gas and some sound experience are required.
