This social housing provider is a reputable housing association based in the Motherwell Area, committed to providing quality housing solutions. With a friendly and collaborative team environment, you will be welcomed and supported as you play a key part in delivering for their tenants within the Housing Management Team on a part-time basis.

As a Housing Officer, you'll manage a designated patch, with a focus on delivering exceptional housing support to tenants. This is an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension on a part-time basis.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience working as a Generic Housing Officer
  • Generic Housing Officer duties:
  • Dealing with anti-social behaviour, voids, allocations, rent arrears and covering a patch
  • Tenant Support: Be the go-to person for tenants, addressing enquiries, concerns, and requests promptly
  • Estate Management: Keep a keen eye on property conditions, conduct inspections, and coordinate repairs or maintenance
  • Tenancy Management: Handle agreements, rent collection, and arrears management
  • Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships within the community through events and initiatives
