About Your Team
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you’ll manage Section Managers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors. Your team thrives on excellence, collaboration, and a commitment to safe, high-quality project delivery. Your Role
- Lead MEP installations for the assigned project area, ensuring delivery within budget, scope, and timelines.
- Enforce HSE and QA/QC standards, fostering a zero-defect, zero-LTI culture.
- Manage procurement and logistics, tracking material schedules to avoid disruptions.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, labour productivity, and safe working practices.
- Provide accurate reports to the Project Manager, highlighting progress, risks, and recovery plans.
- Collaborate on testing, commissioning, and warranty deliverables with Project Engineers.
This is a full-time role, requiring travel between project sites and operating on a project-focused work schedule.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 7+ years in MEP construction, including 2–3 years in a senior UAE role.
Proven leadership of multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors.
Knowledge: Expertise in HSE compliance, QA/QC, and productivity management.
Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards.
Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent). PMP or Lean/Agile certifications (preferred).
