We’re looking for a confident, patient-focused individual to join our Glasgow-based Contact Centre team. You’ll play a vital role in helping patients take the next step in their vision correction journey by:

  • Engaging with patients to collect outstanding balances
  • Guiding patients through third-party finance options with clarity and care
  • Supporting a seamless and positive patient experience from consultation to treatment
