Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and innovation
- Lead the architecture and design of AI systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
- Create solution architectures and deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and tools
- Hands-on programming experience with generative AI frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, etc.
- Hands-on programming knowledge in Python
- Expertise in prompt engineering and various solution patterns such as advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Graph RAG, Agentic RAG, text summarisation techniques, and generative AI evaluation frameworks and agentic AI solution patterns
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and tools like Git and design tools
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt the latest developments in generative AI technologies and create working reference implementations
- Good knowledge of classical machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and data engineering concepts
- Experience with cloud platforms; preferably Azure Cloud platform and Azure AI services
Preferred Qualifications
- Generative AI certifications
- Cloud or architect-level certifications
- Proficiency in system design and programming/design concepts such as OOP and design patterns
- Experience of leading teams of skilled programmers and collaborating with global teams
- Good understanding of ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
