Harnham are working with a leading healthcare focused research agency on an exciting Associate Project Director role. They're looking for someone with prior experience in managing quant projects looking for a step up.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Associate Director, you'll be leading a client services team, acting as the go-to person for guidance and making sure projects run smoothly. You'll juggle managing people, keeping clients happy, and improving how things are done behind the scenes. If you’ve got a knack for market research—especially in healthcare—and know how to handle complex projects, this role might be a great fit. Specifically, you will be:

  • Leading your team: mentoring, coaching, and helping them hit their goals while making sure workloads are balanced.
